1. Analysis of characteristic of MDF abnormity Based on the measuring data of mould friction of continuous slab casting in steel plant, the fluctuation characteristic of MDF and its rootmeansquare has been studied on the unstable conditions, such as breakout, temperature system warning, abnormity of submerged entry nozzle, mould level fluctuation, and on-line change of slab width.
MDF异常特征和规律分析以宝钢2号板坯连铸机生产中的结晶器摩擦力实测数据为基础，对应现场的漏钢、水口断裂等异常纪录，讨论了生产中采取工艺操作、工艺参数变化及异常发生时MDF及其均方根的波动规律及变化特征。
