1. 浮渣：指波焊机槽中熔锡液面上,所施加的特殊油类或类似油类之液体,以防止焊锡受到空气的氧化,以及减少浮渣(Dross)的生成,有助于焊锡性的改善,此等液体也称 Soldering Oil或 Tinning Oil等.
2. 残渣：可见与Sn-Pb钎料相比,高Sn含量的无铅钎料更容易氧化,而无铅波峰焊较高的焊接温度使得氧化问题更为严重,从而导致熔融钎料表面形成更多的残渣(dross). 在使用Sn-Pb钎料的情况下,向熔融钎料槽中加入适量的抗氧化油可有效抑制钎料氧化问题,
