1. 重排：随着研究的深入,现在知道不稳定的LOOH能连续地断裂(scission)、分裂(fis-sion)、重排(rearrangement)和氧化转变成很多不同的含有各种氧功能基的产物(表2-2).

2. 重新排列：GC/MS系统虽能提供许多有机化合物的资料,如:分子重新排列(Rearrangement)的产物,未知试品的鉴定,但仍有许多待解决的问题:例如由质谱(Spectrum)来决定质量数,测定每一谱线上的离子强度及相对含量等等.

3. 基因重排：这主要表现在 3 个方面:首先,在 YAC 载体的插入片段会出现缺失 (deletion) 和基因重排 (rearrangement) 的现象. 其次,容易形成嵌合体. 嵌合就是在单个 YAC 中的插入片段由 2 个或多个的独立基因组片段连接组成. 嵌合克隆约占总克隆的 5%~50% .
